CLOUDFOAM Retail Toolkit and Animation Film

Project Objective:

As the external lead at Adidas Training & Sportswear for this project , I led the creation of an innovative Retail Toolkit and strategic Guidelines for Wholesale Partners including a product shoot featuring CloudFoam Footwear, focused on effectively activating the CloudFoam footwear silo in partner retail environments. This initiative was designed to empower wholesale partners to deliver a consistent, engaging, and educational in-store experience that showcased the unique benefits of CloudFoam technology.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Retail Toolkit
    A comprehensive guide that provided step-by-step instructions, merchandising recommendations, and in-store activation strategies. This toolkit enabled wholesale partners to create compelling and impactful retail environments that highlighted CloudFoam’s standout features and ensured a seamless customer experience across diverse retail touchpoints.
  2. Guidance for Wholesale Partners
    A detailed framework outlining best practices for activating CloudFoam within various retail settings. The guidance was tailored to ensure alignment with Adidas‘ brand vision while empowering partners to implement tailored solutions for their unique retail needs.
  3. CloudFoam Animation Film
    To elevate the educational experience, we developed a dynamic animation film that illustrated the unique benefits and features of CloudFoam technology. The film was designed not only to inform but to engage customers and retail staff, creating a memorable experience that enhanced product knowledge and drove sales.

Challenges & Successes:
Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including retail, product marketing, and the lead agency. One key challenge was ensuring the toolkit and animation film translated well across diverse retail formats and geographies, which we overcame through meticulous customization and feedback loops with key stakeholders.

The final product was well-received by both internal teams and wholesale partners, driving improved product engagement and sales performance across retail stores globally.
